From intimate meetings, to large scale conferences, World Sport Championships and Olympic Games, George has redefined event success. George now leads the Aevias team in “the art of bringing people together”.

Missy Preston

Vice President

Missy has been in the event industry for over 25 years, starting her career in Ottawa leading private and public sector teams to success. Missy is known for creating authentic partnerships and trusting relationships with her clients and industry peers. She is dedicated to getting to know every client’s organization to ensure core understanding. Missy continuously develops her knowledge of client industry drivers and offers tactical support to help them create relevant event solutions that meet desired business objectives. She has a warm, easy, confident, hands-on leadership and planning style.

Priscilla Chan

Director, Client Services

With over 10 years of planning experience, Priscilla has developed a keen and meaningful understanding of client needs and desires for their event experiences. Priscilla has worked with clients across a spectrum of industries including automotive, financial services, insurance and technology. Priscilla has planned and managed a full range of events, from small meetings and roadshows to multi-day incentives and conferences both nationally and internationally. She has successfully executed vehicle product launches, track events, Super Car customer drive events, international dealer incentives trips, media ride and drive events, roundtable meetings, lifestyle events and conferences across a variety of brands. Michelle Clarke

Director, Events

Michelle’s career spans over 25 years through successful planning of local, national and international events and programs. Her career began in the luxury hotel sector, followed by over 16 years with the Aevias team. Michelle’s exceptional eye for detail and unquenchable thirst for finding new ways of delivering exceptional experiences makes her a trusted resources to her clients and colleagues alike. Michelle is a student of the world, a teacher of passion and world traveler – she brings her joyful planning style to all her events including product launches, incentive programs, gala events, meetings and conference services.

Jennifer Aldridge

Senior Manager, Events

Jennifer is a warm, creative and inspired planner with proven operational success in local, national and overseas events. Jennifer leverages her decades of experience in meeting and events to come up with unique, high impact ideas for all budget types. Her clients appreciate and benefit from her solution focussed planning style, sunny disposition and attention to detail. These skills and tactics have contributed to the growth and development of a diverse portfolio of key client relationships.

Cari Windsor

Manager, Client Services — GTA

Cari has enjoyed over 20 years producing meetings and events around the globe. Her keen eye for detail and creativity enables her to fine tune events to seamlessly fit the client’s vision. Cari’s experience includes customized incentive travel programs, conferences, product launches, and all things in between. Described as unflappable by colleagues and clients, whether its the logistics of a Prime Minister dropping by a meeting on a days notice or protecting the Stanley Cup from a group of excited 10 year olds (and their dads), Cari’s calm approach and solution-oriented focus enables her to provide clients with customized and unique events. Customer service is first and foremost on her mind while she collaborates with clients. Her positive approach to life shines through in her relationships with her colleagues and clients.

Karen Wong

Manager, Events

Karen is a diligent planner with a passion for international events. She brings seven years of experience working abroad in financial sectors, overseeing highly successful events with an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding service. Her expertise lies in effectively developing and implementing logistical production plans, and establishing strong positive relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and senior management. Karen manages and supports dozens of events per year, ranging from large-scale conferences and corporate events, to intimate seminars and recreational events.

Shannon Hamson

Manager, Events

Shannon has been successfully producing noteworthy events for over five years for numerous high-end clients. Ranging from decor and entertainment management to full scale event production, her creative mindset allows her to design bespoke concepts and bring them to life while her logistics side strategically negotiates and executes events on budget and with ease. From simple, but chic small group dinners to large scale awards shows with secret after parties, Shannon likes to put a memorable touch on every event she works on. Her portfolio of clients includes government, automotive, financial, insurance, technology, natural resources and the Canadian military.

Emily Kwong

Manager, Events

Emily is an artistic, precise and thoughtful designer with over 10 years of event management experience. This unique perspective allows her to visualize event branding in a comprehensive and cohesive manner. Emily has created and operated multiple luxury incentive trips, product launches and business events. Her attention to detail, high desire to exceed her clients expectations, and professional training makes her integral to all her teammates and clients.

Jacynta Michell

Coordinator, Events

Jacynta brings a fresh perspective to the team through her solid academic background in event management and social media marketing and evaluation. After joining the team two years ago, she has created a niche of her own through her insatiable quest for knowledge and desire to infuse events with unique, experiential elements. Her regular analysis of trends, style and social media helps her colleagues and clients to continuously innovate. Jacynta’s work style is energy-infused, effortless, socially conscious and precise.

Selene Solis

Selene began her career working in the tourism and hospitality industry in Mexico where she fell in love with the travel side of the business. Over the past decade, Selene has honed her craft and has developed a worldwide knowledge of luxury travel options for her clients. Her peers and clients enjoy her warm and dedicated approach to corporate and incentive travel booking.

Christine Waschhofer

Director, Travel Services

Christine originally hails from Austria but her love of Canada left her no choice but to call it home. She has enjoyed a long and rich career in the travel industry, amassing over 35 years of experience as a travel planner, with a focus on leisure and corporate travel. The combination of her personal love for adventure and luxury travel with her industry knowledge is the strong base for her incredible incentive trip planning. From luxury Wellness retreats, to running with the Maasai in Kenya or climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, her only goal is to make each travel experience personal and memorable.
